I am the proud owner of Ruby’s Little GEMS CT and the proud co-owner of multiple childcare sites in Connecticut. Over the years I have studied and worked as a consultant to help many owners start their childcare business. I started off as a home daycare provider and quickly expanded because of the influx of families inquiring about my services in just one year. I became a Group childcare owner after one year of being licensed. I learned everything about opening and maintaining compliance for a group daycare by working at my facility. After My second year of being open as a childcare provider I expanded and opened another group with my partner. We now have expanded again after just 7 months of being open. We are now a licensed childcare center. I can assist anyone with the initial application from start to end to open a family home daycare or center. I can also assist with all of requirements needed to stay in compliance and operate a childcare center. I have recruited, trained, and retained all the same staff for all my facilities from the time I have opened. I am an expert at recruiting children and staff. I am a social media marketing Guru and very well established in my community. I have a master’s degree in Social Work and a bachelor’s degree in Human Services and an Associate Degree in Early childhood education.
